PAYMENT TERMS:
- We accept checks and money orders for domestic US orders only. If paying with a check or money order, we will send you an order confirmation via email as well as our mailing address for payment.
- Your order will ship once payment has been received.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority.
- International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International.
- Orders usually ship within 7-10 business days, although we often get them out to you much sooner!
Domestic Shipping Charges:
- $25.00 or less - $5.75
- $25.01-$50.00 - $7.75
- $50.01 - $75.00 - $9.75
- $75.01 - $100.00 - $12.75
- $100.01 - $150.00 - $15.75
- $150.01 - $200.00 - $17.75
- $200.01 and more - $19.75
International Shipping Charges:
- Actual shipping charges based on destination and total weight of order will be calculated based upon USPS Priority rates. The calculation will appear in your shopping cart. Should you have any questions regarding our international shipping policies, please contact us prior to submitting your order.
FAQs
What is an ATC?
- An ATC is an Artist Trading Card. They are typically 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 in size (like a playing card) and are handcrafted miniature artwork originals. ATCs are only traded or given, never sold.
What is a Mini ATC?
- A Mini ATC is just like an ATC only it is smaller, about 1 1/2 x 1 3/4. The small size is so adorable and really fast to make.
- These are addictive!
Do you have a print catalog or retail store?
- No, we are an online business only.
Do you sell your products wholesale?
- We sure do! Please contact us for our wholesale packet of information to get started.
Do you Back-Order items?
- Occasionally we may have products that are temporarily out of stock. If you would like to wait for an item, we will keep it on back-order and ship it out as soon as possible.

What is your Return Policy?
- We believe in the quality of our products and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of the original order date for a return authorization.
