Come and set your imaginations free as we create our own, one of a kind, architectural assemblage angel.  We will dress our angels in layers of vintage papers and images and adorn them with vintage hardware and dimensional findings.  They will take flight on wings made of antique ceiling tin or vintage garden fencing.  The addition of contact paper transfers and words will add even more depth and dimension to our finished pieces.

Long ago my Daddy used to create these amazing folk art Santas. They adorn my mantle still and are one of my favorite holiday pieces.  After Daddy passed away the meaning and memory of these pieces became even more special to us.  In a way to honor him and to keep his memory alive in my artwork, our angel’s body is based on one of his Santa patterns. But isn’t that what art and creativity are all about? The cycle of seeing, learning, developing and passing knowledge on.  I hope you will join me in creating your own one of a kind angel.
