I love making and receiving small artsy bits. It always seems a shame to pack these away in a drawer or stash in the studio – so why not let it all hang out? Often after returning from a retreat or workshop I have many treasures from swaps or the like and the altered charm garland is the perfect way to display these little treasures in your home or studio. In this class we will create a mixed media garland and explore various techniques for creating our own artsy bits, as well as attachment methods.
The beauty of this project is that it can be added to/edited over time – showcasing whatever moves you.
