I love to recycle and the same is true for my fabrics. I have little piles in my sewing area of vintage pieces that aren’t big enough for a completed project, but too precious to throw away. So one day I decided to see what I could do with them. Thus my version of fabric collage was born. By just combining some fabric elements along with some ribbon, maybe some costume jewelry, lace and then a photo and we have the makings of a unique art piece. For this class, we will be adding our fabric collage to the top of a cigar box.
